Course Enrollment and Registration

Embarking on a new skill or refining an existing one at our Kansas City gardening school is an exciting step. Our enrollment process is designed to be as clear and accessible as possible, ensuring you find the right course for your aspirations.
Registration Process & Confirmation
To register for a course, simply select your desired program on our website and complete the online registration form. Upon successful submission and payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing all course details, including start dates, times, and materials needed. This confirmation signals your official course agreement with Everlode Gardens.
Prerequisites and Skill Levels
Some advanced courses may have prerequisites or suggested experience levels. These are clearly stated on each course description page. We encourage you to review these carefully to ensure the best learning experience. Contact us if you have any questions about suitability.
Payment Terms and Methods
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure online payment system. Payment plans may be available for select longer programs; please inquire with our admissions team for details. All pricing is in USD.
Course Capacity and Waitlist
To ensure optimal learning and instructor attention, our courses have limited capacities. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. If a course is full, you may elect to join a waitlist. We will notify you if a space becomes available.
Cancellation and Refund Policies

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent, respecting both your commitment and our operational planning. These Everlode Gardens policies apply to all course agreements.
Student Cancellation Rights
If you need to cancel your enrollment:
✔ More than 30 days before course start: Full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
✔ 14-30 days before course start: 50% refund.
✔ Less than 14 days before course start: No refund.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@plindavoriumetra.org. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Course Cancellation by Everlode Gardens
In the rare event that Everlode Gardens must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness, extreme weather), enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another comparable course. We will provide as much notice as possible.
Transfer Policies and Rescheduling
You may transfer your enrollment to a different course or a future session of the same course (subject to availability) up to 14 days before your original course start date, with a $25 transfer fee. Transfers requested less than 14 days before the start date will be treated as a cancellation (see above) and a new enrollment.
Emergency Cancellation Procedures
For medical or other verifiable emergencies, please contact us directly. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work to find a fair solution, which may include partial credit or rescheduling options.
